Dr. Estella loves how dentistry gives her so many different ways to help people in Bellaire. She can get someone out of pain, improve their appearance, and safeguard them against future issues all at the same time. She’s eager to show you just how great your teeth can look and feel, but first, you can start getting to know her below.
Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?
Out of all the healthcare professions, Dr. Estella saw that dentistry would be the best fit for her because it would allow her to spend plenty of time with each patient while having a meaningful impact on both their physical and mental health.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Estella received her B.S. in Biochemistry from Syracuse University, graduating cum laude, and then her DDS from New York University in 2010. She began her dental career in underserved communities in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Jersey, where she treated patients of all ages.
Dr. Estella then moved to Southwest Houston where she has practiced dentistry for over 10 years. Today, she is a certified premier Invisalign provider who has completed hundreds of successful orthodontic cases, as well as undergone extensive training in non-surgical cosmetic procedures. She’s also a certified guided biofilm provider through the Swiss Dental Academy (SDA).
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Dr. Estella is a busy mom when she isn’t working (members of her family have special needs), and when she isn’t spending quality time with loved ones, she likes to dedicate her energy to supporting education and healthcare reform.
